GGG
crystals
Gallium Gadolinium Garnet (Gd3Ga5O12 or
GGG) single crystal is material with good optical, mechanical and thermal properties
which make it promising for use in fabrication of various optical
components as well as substrate material for magneto – optical films and
high – temperature superconductors.
Standard products: wafers and substrates with sizes from 10 x 10 mm to dia. 76.2
mm, thickness 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm, one side or both sides polished 20/10 S/D, [111]
or [100] cut. Other products are available on request.
