Dual wavelength antireflection coatings
We have developed à few principals for vacuum deposition of antireflection coatings for two wavelengths. It is bounded, both with used spectral ranges (for example, 266 and 532 nanometers or 532 and 1064 nanometers), and with material of substrates.
We have made coating designs with extended short-wave antireflection band.
Also, we have coating designs with several antireflection bands (for example: 266 and 532 nm or 532 and 1064 nm concurrently), which might have certain interest for laser systems.
Besides, we have adjusted technology to make reproduced coatings with R532 <0,1 % and R1064 <0,1 % for various crystals (ÊÒÐ, BBÎ, ÊGW, CaCO3 (calcite), SiO2 (crystal quartz)), fused silica , BK-7 glass and others. These coatings find their application, both for external devices, and for in-cavity elements.
We also provide coatings with various wavelength ratios. For this, the method of achromatic or super achromatic anti-reflection coatings is widely used, together with special optimization for certain wavelengths.
An example of antireflection coating for two wavelengths is shown on the curves below.
